  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Call Center Representative proficient in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic team. This role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products/services, pricing, orders, and other inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and efficiency.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and by company policies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
